Sale of house getting closer have had a few offers but they are just a bit short of our minimum price

You could always offer a faster settlement if they add $10g or more to the purchase price. The people who bought out house in Lake Illawarra payed an additional fee to waive the cooling off period to shorten the settlement period cause they were afraid we would get offered a better price during the cooling off period. As it was, on hand over day the look on the agents face was "I could have got even more for this place you know" but we were happy to get $50,000 more than we expected so .......

Signed contracts today the realisation that it is finely happening has hit. All we need is a smooth move then start looking for a bit of casual work to keep me out of trouble and out of Ann's hair
