Australian Trivia Only

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Shirley,
It is Thargomindah!

Their hydro energy came from the pressure of the artesian water they tapped for survival in a very harsh environment.
(I thought that one might tale a bit longer... ;) :( )
Your turn..
Regards & God bless,
Ray

Just remembered that bit of trivia from our visit to Thargomindah, some years ago.

Which tree was thought to exist only in fossil form until live specimens were found in wilderness west of Sydney in 1994?

My information says 1917 but that’s close enough for me. Your turn.
