This one's not by Asimov, but it's a good one...
Note: To understand this one, you need to know that Salisbury was called "Sarum" in Roman times.
And Hampshire is locally known as "Hants".
Make the substitutions, and the limerick makes sense. (I hope!)
There was a young Curate of Salisbury
Whose manners were Halisbury-Scalisbury.
He wandered round Hampshire
Without any pampshire
Till the Vicar compelled him to Walisbury.
