JD's "Devilled Lasagne" was kinda special ;) He put a lot of work into that dish and it was rather a cruel way for it to turn out, but such is the way of buried campfire cooking. I can burn the cookie mix even while I'm looking at it so I don't think I'd ever attempt the buried cooking on hot coals method. Anyone who was relying on me to do a hangi would certainly go hungry :lol:
