The 5.5 gun in the background has me inclined to think that it is at the AWM, Canberra, but the tank is not a Centurian.

NW of Seymour would roughly be towards Mildura.
It is in Victoria & probably around 90km as the crow flies from Seymour.

Bruce, when I'm in the bush I usually have a GPS and a compass and a map. Then if I get lost it's my own fault. 
But here I'm trying to rely on memory as I reckon you have put these up before somewhere.
So now my next guess is Bendigo. If that is correct, then whereabouts? As I don't remember ever seeing them. I used to live just down the highway a bit.
