Dot any recipe that involves minced meat is good. I take away a stack of ready made meat balls---add to a tin of spaghetti, eat in a bread roll, just add veg, or toss in tomato soup.
The other easy peasy thing I take away is a big bag of home made sausage rolls. Just neuk em when needed.

Both my meatballs and sausage rolls are totally full of veg as well as meat. That way either of them can be a complete meal if I really don't want to do a thing.

Anything that you would usually cook in a casserole or slow cooker are also good. Just do your usual recipes in a larger than normal batches, eat half for tea and freeze the rest. Before you know it you have a many nights worth of easy meals.

Enjoy
Deborah

I prefer to carry the raw products and cook as needed.
Best way to get rid of some power when the sun shines.
Love the recipes though as I like to keep and then use as a base for cooking what ever I have available.
I keep all the recipes from the forums in word documents and have indexed so I can decide when I want to try something new and then select a method or style and then read a few and then start throwing the stuff in the pot.
I prefer Asian style food and lots of veg as well as a good stew, stroganoff or similar.
I prefer to get the induction stove outside the bus and the slow cooker and do my preparation etc outside and then either cook the asian in a pan or transfer prepared products to the slow cooker and let it sit for the afternoon. Nothing like the smell of cooking and all the 240v appliances lined up to get some people giving you a weird stare as they walk past. Often use the coffee machine to get them thinking more. Have seen people walk around the bus looking for the generator.
My freezer is for the storage of the ingredients as well as the bottle of vodka.

Threw it out after the first few mouthfuls, man was it hot, don't know what the hell I did but hope I don't do it again. Still got one in the freezer
