Dot my standard meals to freeze are curried prawns, beef stroganoff and Chuck's low fat butter chicken. If you are interested in any of those I can post recipes.

Dot, you don't have to use prawns. You could use chicken or fish or even boiled eggs. I'll post the stroganoff recipe shortly.

Actually you could make up the sauce and freeze it and then throw in the boiled eggs when reheating. I will dig out Erich's Beef Burgundy recipe. It's quick and easy.

Dot, One of Terries old standbys is spag bol. Usually freezes OK and bomb it in the microwave when required.
Or my old standby which is Chow Mein. Recipe is on the Chicken Noodle Soup packet usually. If not, let me know and I will send to you. If I can make it, it must be easy. I was going to say simple but I didn't want everyone agreeing with me.

Re: Easy Meals to freeze
Haven't done chow mien since I tipped a nice big pot of it over my drunken brother in laws head when he kept going on about me throwing some beer dregs out Arhhhhh memories
Yep good ol spag bog. Did a chilli con carne last time away, blew our bloody sox off, banned the use of the bus loo in case we broke it. Threw it out after the first few mouthfuls, man was it hot, don't know what the hell I did but hope I don't do it again. Still got one in the freezer
