Haha. Bit frightened of Y2k??. We dodged a bullet there with a lot of work but ( the youngees) have another in about 2036 or about then for time algorithms and then another in 2046 for a lot of business software and I think Unix because it's year 1 was 1946. See if they take so much care then or they will think it will be nothing until it bites them big :o

I can sorta remember our old IT manager had a list of dates that we had to check through when we tested devices for real time clocks. Specific day month year stuff. I'm pretty sure I'll be gone by the time the list expires.

Hmmmm
Wouldn’t let me login.
Wouldn’t even let me change my password.
Now, after an emailed call for help, it’s let me login!

I think this forum’s software is in the same union as my printer… 🤨

Ray, if that happens again, ignore the little login icon on the top right of that page, drag all the way down to the bottom and fill out the login box there.
Be sure to tick 'remember me' first.
