Steak is one of the most controversial foods that can be cooked.(in my opinion)
Some won't eat it without blood juices dripping out of it & others (me?) won't eat it if I even see any pink meat at all.

Another tip Bernie is to hover the mouse pointer over the icon and it should tell you what it means.
