Hi All,
Just discovered this place so can I come an play here too????
Currently at home in Sydney, not working on our bus while home because it's parked up the highway a bit near Cessnock, so we only get to play with it every second weekend at the moment, we have built the bed in it though so we can sleep in it at least.
Anyway, nice to see a few familiar names here.

Hi Alan & Cheryl, good to see you both here. Wollongong would have been closer to store the Motorhome, then you could have worked on mine while you were here
hope you enjoy your time here and as Dotties said, we want photos

Re: Hello of The Big Smoke
Hi Dot and Terry,
Thanks for the welcome, Terry we are struggling to get stuff done on our own bus, we were hoping you would help US out......so far we have built the bed, but that is going backwards because Alan figured we should use struts for the base, instead of the stuff we have there now, but we can at least sleep on the bed, we have a wardrobe but we can't keep the door shut because it doesn't have a lock yet, but we have put working clothes in it for when we are up there.
We have family problems which prevent us from going up there as much as we would like, it is parked in her yard, but she and the kids are living with us here at the moment and we only go up there on alternate weekends, so not much opportunity for work on it at the moment but we hope that will change.
Also packed into the bus is the new toilet, washing machine, sink, a 45l Engel, 2 lounges still in their boxes, a hot water heater still in it's box. Two bus seats facing one another and a fold up table in the middle so we have a temporary dinette, a 12v TV a couple of fold up tables. A portable stove, The porta pottie from the coaster surrounded by a shower curtain. Let me tell you it is pure luxury.
Apart from the bed and wardrobe, Alan has checked all the rivets on the roof, sealed all the joins and 3 coats of thermashield and 2 top coats. Oh and I must not forget the two bedside table drawers, they are done but don't yet have the knobs on the drawers.
I just look at what your bus and what Dotty's and hubby have accomplished and drool and dream and hope we get there too.
Terry wasn't their talk of household fridges going into buses somewhere, I think there was something about that, and I think you mentioned something about it, can it be done? How would we know which fridge is suitable and what sort of inverter would they run from.
Cheers
Alan and Cheryl.

Re: Hello of The Big Smoke
I think you need to come down for a coffee and look at the current state of Rustic Inn Perfection and your envy will soon fade. We tricked Dottie and George into working like Trojans to be finished before us, the photos are deceiving. However, I have seen George and Dottie’s bus, even driven it twice and it is a work of art, they can both feel very proud of their achievements.
George was supposed to come up and finish our bus but that que jumper Norman drove his rig down there and parked it in their yard... sneaky tacts I reckon
I'll start a thread about the household fridges in a Motorhome or caravan on this forum, just as soon as I can get back on the CF and copy all I put there, the lot I put on the other 2 forums is gone for ever I'm afraid.
