and if they don't get any better results than any other state will anyone see it was not a success? No one seems to have seen Europe's attempt at the same method was a disaster or that the USA keeps spending money they don't have but seem to be climbing back from the brink of collapse. The current form of financial planning relies on an ever increasing profit or increase in size, keeping everything in balance seems to be considered a backward step.
