Hi all
There will be a camp situated in SA for anyone wishing to lend a hand. a cutting from the blazeaid site
"Fencing in the Rockleigh and Eden Valley areas will also start on Wednesday 5 February 2014 from our basecamp at Palmer, SA ."
If interested checkout "http://blazeaid.com.au/" and take it from there.
it is best to either send an email to the site when the details are posted on the web site and then a day or two before you intend to arrive give the base a ring. The phone calls confirm your attendance and allows them to put you on the night meal list and also allow them to allocate you to a team or to a job of your selection.
For the ones how don't want to go fencing for any reason there are still lots of tasks such as answering phones talking to farmers registering or looking for moral support, or greeting the new volunteers as they arrive.
People to maintain tools and clean the base camp are always welcome.
You work at your pace and I guarantee you will have a ball.
Regards
Brian

Fencing at Palmer? Not this little black duck!
Solid granite as far as the eye can see!!!
Proline rock borer with new tungsten tips for each hole I'd suggest.
Ironic that Mr Palmer is running the Palmer one?
