We didn't overnight at Smithton. Very disappointed at the "Tarkine Forrest Adventure" at Dismal Swamp - a commercial venture where you pay money to look at trees. The adventure part is to try and find a big tree. It is in a relatively scrubby part of the forrest and the only photo worthy stuff is moss and fungi. Bigger trees in Melbourne. Never mind, there will be others.
