Council Ranger pulls up next to a bloke unloading garbage out of his ute into the ditch.

Taps the bloke on the shoulder & says...

“Why are you dumping garbage here - didn't you see that sign right over your head?”

Bloke replies...

“Yep, that’s exactly why I’m dumpin’ it here, ‘cause it says: ‘Fine For Dumping Garbage.’”
