So what is the problem with Ford oil. Obviously they themselves do not produce it. Like to hear.

You can put shitbox oil in a Ford that has passed its use by date to keep it running, do Holden make such a product? Not even gearbox oil will keep a Holden engine running once it's past its use by date, apart from the old grey ghost motors that is, they just spin brgs or snap camshafts.
Ford motors are like the old slant 6 valiant motor, they just keep going, pour in more oil and away they go again, you can't do that with any Holden motor, they will pick up a brg at the first opportunity.

T1, I think you might be a little harsh on the poor old Holden engines.  Over the years, when I was young and stupid, some of us young bucks did some horrible things to Holden Red motors. The 179 and 186 were pretty hard to kill, but we never thought much of the 202. I would expect that you might have some similar stories to mine.
Are you coming to Taggerty this year. If you are, we might be able to have a 'Stupid things I have done' campfire session :o

Just asked Mr Google what he knows about this? He said it's made by Valvoline also can be used for BMW's, Minis, Hondas and Corvettes. doesn't say anything about Holdens. Some maybe you should only put it in an internationally recognised shitbox.

Yeah, we will be at Taggerty, hopefully not requiring multiple eng rebuilds on the way this time  Hopefully the Mazda will have its new fit out finished by then to go along with the eng rebuild, roof rust removal and roof raise so I can stand up in the thing.
A stupid things I have done session, I think I could put one in between each person turn and still have a heap untold, like the electrical problem that develop in the EH when racing along the old Hume highway towards Liverpool, when it still had the hard right turn at the end. The electrical problem was with the starter motor, no5 con rod knocked it out of the bell housing, but I held the foot flat till we got to the BP servo near the drive in theatre so I could keep the oil pressure up and not grab more bearings. When I turned it off at the servo I couldn't restart it, that was when I found the starter motor was dragging on the ground yet still attached to battery cable and a large ventilation hole in the side of the block, including the lower section of the water jacket, it had lost all the water as well
