A Terrible Day

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Terrible indeed!!
Really does make you want to make the most of the days you have left.
Little problems fade into insignificance. (is that a word Ray?)

Phil, thanks for taking the time to do all that travel to get there. His parents are in our jayco club and I wanted to be there for them but cant do the distances ( I hate getting older, health is always a problem). I am sure that the family would have appreciated your being there for them. This has been a particularly sad week and has made us all realise that we shouldn't put off anything until tomorrow.

We have also had my half brother in hospital, a funnel web bit him on the neck and all of his vital organs totally shut down. The best news is that after 10 days in the mater, he is preparing to go home to his loving family. It is a strange world when both of these events had such totally opposing outcomes. They say only the good die young, and that is the case today for your/our mate, but it us just such an unfair world. In my ideal world, both of these young men would have been given back to their families. There is enough sadness in this world, so to everyone, go get out there and live like there is no tomorrow.

Yes Phil, Josh and I share the same father, but we are a generation apart!

I would not write about his spider story until I knew that he had shared it with press. I try to respect people's privacy,, but my foot is often in my mouth!

Just saw Josh & family on NBN 3 news they did a report on funnel web spiders, the males are out hunting for females from February so beware & don't leave shoes or cloths on the ground.
