Try to hook the alternator up to the lithium think a Vsr mite do the job but I have a 24 start bus and a 12 volt house system so how would would that work ?

if you have a dual battery system, get a dc to dc charger and run it off your auxiliary battery. That's what I do in my bus, the alternator drives the auxiliary 24v batteries and then converted to 12v. I run it through the solar change controller with the lifepo4 as it handles 80amp and is designed for lifepo4. That way don't need an extra controller for the alternator supply. On LA batteries, you don’t have the problem of needing to control the charge as the charger will do that.
