This is a free public Dump Point in the RV Park at Port Albert VIC near the Water Tower but it is locked.
A deposit is required to obtain the key from Mobil Service Station or Maritime Museum.

Big rigs might find this diffficult if there were vehicles parked near Dump Point - but otherwise OK ??
