Wow, rang a local guy whose name had been given to us saying that he will come & collect furniture or whatever. rang him about 30 mins ago, said he would be 15, arrived in under 5 mins! He has relieved u of 2 old Jason recliners ( have tried to sell a few times) & he is coming back to take my very old piano. Would have to have about $3000 to get it playable again then the outside needs to be restored. it is a heavy as lead & was not looking at storing the dam thing. I have let sentimentality go out the window as far as the piano is concerned. Got a piano tuner to check it out before we left Bundy & should have taken his advice then got rid of it.
Then we asked him (because his is very close to us) if we could store our shipping container for 12 mths. Asked how much he would charge, shrugged his shoulders, I commented $50 a month- OK!
Guess what- I should have suggested $40
Storage sheds are $320 a month . He is going home to put it in writing for us.
