Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

The Gummint says we can gather in
"...groups of two or less."
Leaving aside the poor grammar
(should be 'fewer') , I have a question.
If I go out with a group of
fewer than two , and I meet a friend, will one of my group have to leave so the friend can join me?
Regards & God bless,
Ray

Umm ..... wouldn't fewer than 2 be 1, so the friend would make the group up to 2 persons. We'll leave out Monty Python's "Eric the half a bee" from the scenario

More questions than answers in this one. Is two of anything a group? Most certainly less than two is not a group, which I think is the point being made by Ray.

Steve,
You have hit the timber fastening device on its upper terminal point.

Shouldn't you have put a full stop after 'upper terminal', Ray? The point is that the point is the lower terminal - the point.

Well, it seems the gummint regs on social distancing may have gone pair-shaped.

Glad that you took the trouble to work it out, Ray. I couldn't see the point.
