A free download at the moment... just go through the motions as if you were going to buy it & it sends you a link to the free download site.

I've downloaded it - PDF format - & it's surprisingly good - lots of simple easy recipes.

I got as far as the "Fill in name address, web address etc" and backed out, the last thing I need is to add my name to yet another spam mailing list. Did I go wrong some where or did you give them all your details?

Terry, I downloaded it. I had no issues with giving my details as you would have to do if actually paying for the book.
