The distance between ladder rungs has increased 5% over the past 20 years.
Experts have attributed this to climb-it change.

Well, there ya go, I've notice the same thing with stairs (not the intense look type) and the more times in one day you climb them, the further apart they get and the return trip does not re-energise the legs ready for the next climb. All this time I thought it was 'Too many Birthdays Disease" now there is a perfectly logical explanation .....
