Rocky Point Retreat QLD
Came for a week of doing nothing and certainly achieving that! Fishing line not even wet as bank fishing not the go. A bit like Karumba- unless you have a boat really nothing to do. No TV and I forgot our drive with thousands of movies. Had a knock on door morning after we arrived- owner who Bruce was in JuniorFarmers back in the 1950s. We going to his 80th tonight. This is really a beautiful set up apart from occasional mosquito/midge if no breeze. Only 7 powered spots and for a change too one to get water front and it is fully booked and has been for months. First time van out this year and possibly last as hopefully son buying it. Age catching up and too many idiots on the road.

Sounds like a great place! Sorry to hear you’re giving up on the travelling with caravan lark, but understand, especially the idiots on the road thing. It’s not like it was 10 years ago eh.
Cheers

Hi Greg andDee. If I remember correctly it was you who had those wonderfully obedient 3 dogs at Elphinstone.Watched our video photos from out there just recently. Apologies if it was not you. Probably check into here as Chuck is doing.
