I reckon that you must have been a bit north of Bernie's when you took that pic. Maybe Monto. 
I suppose you have already seen the 3 moons painting on the silos there. Good fresh veggies from the farm gate just across the road.
Are you heading out to the coast at any point Bruce? Or just staying inland?

Monto is correct. Lovely museum & old farm implements etc.
After a visit to Bernies I intend heading much further inland thru St George, Bourke, Cobar, Broken Hill & from there I'm not sure. Maybe Mildura, Renmark & home or follow the main h'way towards Burra & home.
Will have a few short days so I can look around in towns I go thru
Been up the Newell plenty of times when trucking.

Well, if you're at Broken Hill. The Mundi Mundi plain look out is well worth a sunset visit.

Bruce, I can't be 100% certain, but I reckon that all the roads between Broken Hill and Mildura were closed due to the recent rains. Saw something on the Fbk that said so. Of course don't trust Fbk, but you already know that.
