Wanted ,ball saver Torque Multiplier

I'm guessing that bracket holds the pretty wheel trim on to make them look like chrome wheels. I'd go to a tyre place and ask the nice people there if they could take them off with their rattle gun. Maybe a 6 pack for them to share as a Christmas drink might lubricate the good will for this trip and any future trips 8-)

Sometimes they are used to hold a ring on that acts as a step? I think a dress ring or trim would be a bit more smaller / hidden? Undo the 4 hazelnuts & it'll fall off!!

Vik,

good for undoing. never for tightening. They will stretch the bolts and give all sorts of problems
