Nah :lol: Chocolate hazelnut oatmeal cookies, very nice they is. Spelt Wholemeal flour is just that, it's in the cooking isle at Woolies, even better than 000 grade bakers flour for making cookies :D

Take 2. What is spelt flour and no I won't google it :roll: Q/ can you use SR flour instead of plain and baking soda? :? :roll: (choc chip cookies my fat bum)

No added sugar, plenty of fibre, not sure where the fat bum comes into it Dottie, it might be the scones :lol:

Well I never :shock: diabetic flour hey? So that just leaves Q Can you use SR flour instead of plain flour and baking soda? (like pulling teeth) :lol:

If you know the ratio. SR flour is already at what ever ratio they use, some recipes call for more or less baking soda, so plain flour and the measured amount of backing soda gives a more exacting recipe..... did that help?

Got the ingredients - had 'em for bloody years - but seem to have lost the recipe... :oops:
