Nah Chocolate hazelnut oatmeal cookies, very nice they is. Spelt Wholemeal flour is just that, it's in the cooking isle at Woolies, even better than 000 grade bakers flour for making cookies

If you know the ratio. SR flour is already at what ever ratio they use, some recipes call for more or less baking soda, so plain flour and the measured amount of backing soda gives a more exacting recipe..... did that help?
