Bernie, sounds like operator error to me too. One day when we meet up I will cook a steak for you and trust me, it won't be steamed ;)

Everything except the green things were cooked on my BabyQ. When using a Webber you time everything and the best part about it is that you can do it perfectly time after time

I've found the Weber do slow cook stuff just fine, but a good steak is done both sides and on the plate in under 8 mins, you need real heat for that. The induction cook top with the cast iron fry pan... now that sucker you have to turn down or the bugger jumps off the plate and heads back out into the paddock, more branded than blue :lol: You can keep ya Weber, I have plenty of slow cookers already :twisted:
