thanks all for your assistance......had a closer look at the potential layout and now looking for a 2 seat bench with seat belts, non swivel. Sounds like the least controversial option, can then proceed along like an old farmer, thanks Bruce :D

Now.... ahead to this weekends challenge....refitting a reconditioned foot valve tucked into the chassis rails with 6 air pipes attached, while laying on a bed of concrete in 42 degree heat!!

Dirk the grey water and black water tanks have to be certified by the EPA authorities & a compliance sticker placed on the front windscreen.
To comply the tanks are pressure tested and must be sealed to the extent that you can't install a sender unit like in a fuel tank.
The inlets and outlets aren't directly over the tanks so I would need a very bent stick!!!
incidentally the tanks consist of a 20ft length of at least 30cm diameter PVC irrigation pipe along under the deck. (above the waterline)
Previous owner informed me to listen for 'gurgle' ........... Very technical term?
Pigeons love nesting on the tanks ............ until a high pressure hose hits them. Did you know baby ones can't swim? Never knew that!!
