Could I introduce a swear-word here?
I run a MacBook Pro, now on OS X v10.10.5...
Upgrades are simply 'click "accept" and wait 'til it finishes.'

my laptop is failing to proceed with the update :(
I cleared the downloaded cached files for starters, several times...will keep banging my head for a bit..

You didn't actually think about changing to Windows 10 did you Martin?

After watching the ease at which the other halfs machine is working, I am actively persuing it!
Finally got the files to proceed...
Have to admit, the tablet gets much more of a hammering, laptop last out and in use on boxing day, loading up ebooks

I have a Toshiba laptop that will not accept the Windows 10 update - don't care really, when it dies it dies.

mine is a toshiba too... think it was a driver issue giving grief

I just get them fed to me now... now I just need to do a little edit somewhere so that doesnt happen...
