Bread Maker?

Have had a Breville for many years. It's used every week while home (so, it gets 6 months use a year). My grandsons love the bread that I (it) bakes when we meet for our weekly family dinner. Never had any problem with gas coming from the eating of the bread.

Dirk. most breadmakers are only capable of producing a loaf that is about 2/3 to 1/2 the size of a normal loaf. Most owners of breadmakers don't use them for very long because they are a waste of time and counter space.

I know that bread straight out of the breadmaker tastes good while warm and with jam and cream, but it makes people fart and it needs to be eaten the same day. So it's economy/efficiency and environmental footprint ( ) tends to push it to the back of the cupboard.

Been married to a bread maker for almost 49 years she still hasn't made me a loaf .
Then again she calls me that on occasion or words to that affect ?

As I said, never been a problem with my bread - so therefore no problem to anyone (near or wide). Perhaps it's the recipe that some are using?

Reminds me of the old lady who said to the doctor, "I can't stop passing wind all the time - Ooops! there it goes again. But it's OK, luckily it doesn't smell. Can you help me?
Doctor gave her some pills and said "Come back and see me in a week."
A week later the woman came back and said, "The pills work - I don't pass wind at all now."
