I do almost all my bill paying via the net. My bank has a failsafe method for sending to any new account/business, it sends each customer a electronic device that generates a random number that you have to copy to the banks website when instructed, only then can you send funds to a new account. Its the Bendigo by the way.

Steven I believe Westpac has started that as well.
Robobank online has an electronic gadget that generates an access code too.
I tried using my blood glucose tester but it generated the wrong code!!
